I’ve helped people resolve anxiety and depressive symptoms, in addition to trauma-related symptoms. These concerns often show up as difficulties accessing or managing emotions, and/or issues communicating with others. I help people navigating components of identity find their voice and story.

Facilitating a relationship you feel you can bring all parts of yourself into is at the heart of my therapeutic approach. I also incorporate EMDR, Gestalt, Experiential, Psychodynamic and Systemic therapy models.
