  • I combine a thoughtful, human-centered approach with experiential therapy to help you make sense of how you navigate your world and relationships with people who are most important to you.

  • I’ve helped people resolve anxiety and depressive symptoms, in addition to trauma-related symptoms. These concerns often show up as difficulties accessing or managing emotions, and/or issues communicating with others. I help people navigating components of identity find their voice and story.

  • Facilitating a relationship you feel you can bring all parts of yourself into is at the heart of my therapeutic approach. I also incorporate EMDR, Gestalt, Experiential, AEDP and Systemic therapy models.

  • Past clients have told me I’m collaborative, warm and at times, direct. I don’t shy away from difficult conversations, and facilitate them with compassion.

  • I’ve provided affirming care to individuals and families of diverse sexual orientations and gender identities for the past 10 years.

  • I provide therapy online throughout California, and in-person in Chico, CA.

  • Absolutely. While I do not bill insurance directly, I can provide you with a monthly "Superbill." Many clients submit these to their insurance for out-of-network reimbursement.

  • I accept all major credit cards, as well as HSA and FSA debit cards. Using these accounts is a common way for my clients to utilize pre-tax dollars for their mental health investment.
